The main 'hirer' for a booking will take responsibility for all passengers on their journey. 

 

If you have bought a single seat ticket each person takes responsibility for their own journey. This is particular to concert bookings.

 

If QMB cancels at any given time for whatever reason, we will pay back a journey in full 

 

Concert seat tickets are non-refundable unless there is a waiting list. Please contact us directly to find out.

 

All concert, Sports and Belfast buses that are booked as individual seats come as an automatic return with set return time, please consult the information provided before booking.

 

There is a surcharge of at least £50 for any contamination in the minibus. This includes food, drink, vomit and any other soilage.

 

We now operate a strict no food and drink policy on our vehicles.


If any contamination holds back a booking thereafter or takes more than 20 minutes to clean, you may be asked to provide a £200 charge or to match the next bookings payment as this will impact other customers service thereafter. 

 

If attending a concert please link in with the driver in regard to return departure times and location.

 

Drivers will not hold a bus for passengers who fail to arrive back at their agreed timescale. They will wait a maximum of 15 minutes and have a duty to uphold the rest of the passengers journeys home. 

 

Drivers will not routinely make additional drop offs on any journeys, A change to an existing booking must be pre-arranged.

 

If for any reason a booking is delayed more than 15 minutes QMB have the right to pursue cancellation if they have any other journeys they must fulfil thereafter.

We aim to be as accommodating for airport runs as much as possible, and we understand there are times that flights will be delayed. We aim as much as we can to work with the booking individual to resolve these issues.

 

There may however be times we ask passengers to utilise other means able as we also need to accommodate previous bookings. In these instances, we will provide travel assistance to plan the best route and means possible whilst refunding the individuals for the change in travel plans.

Any form of violence or aggression will not be tolerated as well as rowdy and inappropriate behaviour. 

 

All our drivers have the right to feel safe and valued as we aim to also make our customers feel.

 

We ask kindly that all people under the age of 16 have an adult to care for there wellbeing

 

You are required to follow the laws of Northern Ireland and perhaps The Republic of Ireland in regards to Alcohol, sitting in your seat and wearing a seat belt.

 

In the event of a breakdown or requiring assistance, we will aim to be a maximum of 180 minutes to rectify by either being on the road again, or finding other ways and means to travel.

 

Unlike other coach companies, as we ty to be more personal QMB aims to try and contact passengers if not turned up to provide help or assistance.

However, we sometimes use other coach partners, and in  these cases it will not be guaranteed that this will happen. Therefore we ask you to attend the bus in the quickest manner possible after events.

Membership rules & Policies

You may be asked to become a member to book certain events and seats.

In order to be compliant with the membership we ask you to complete your name, phone number, email and address.

Part of the membership programme means we may email you from time to time about any exclusive offers.

It is a free programme, and you have the right to leave at any time. However, if u leave membership and have a selected service booked via membership, we will have to cancel your booking.

Members can book up to 16 seats at a time.

These will be running on our 14,16 and 33 seat buses.

Unfortunately, we have no disabled access as yet on any of these buses, but this is something we are looking at.

Membership must be completed prior to any booking.

All bookings must be prepaid via the website or bank transfer.

 

Refund Policy

Strictly no refunds for any concert or event bookings

 

We will aim to accommodate any changes or refunds in booked hire to the best of our ability.

Please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to do the best we can.

 

Full refunds will be granted 7 days of booking date

50% deposit will be given 7 days to 48 hours of booking date

 

No refund will be given within 48 hours of booking date          

 

Privacy Policy

We collect certain information via the website purely for membership purposes. In order to be compliant within the Transport Industry and to meet the demands of our customers we run a closed regular service, meaning we can only do this to our QMB members.

We may ask for personal details such as Name, Address, Phone number and email address. This will be utilised only to contact you again in regard to any bookings made, as well as make you aware of exclusive offers.

All information given is at your own consent, and by using our app, website and membership service you are consenting to all of the above.

We will never sell, trade, market or disclose any information given by yourself to any third parties as per the General Data Protection Regulation.
